By using innovative pelletising technology, we transform surplus dry food residuals – such as biscuits, bread, cereal grains, and pasta – into high-quality animal treats/ snacks. This sustainable process not only diverts valuable materials from landfills but also creates a practical and beneficial product for livestock farmers.
Food manufacturers often face unavoidable waste during production. Breakage, offcuts, and surplus batches of dry goods contribute to large volumes of unused but unspoilt food. Rather than seeing this as waste, we view it as an opportunity. Our team collects these materials from trusted partners and repurposes them into custom feed pellets that support animal health and reduce environmental impact. The unspoiled food that we use must be subjected to a strict protocol, including laboratory analysis, before we utilise it for our formulations, to ensure that the pellets are safe and clean for consumption by livestock.
Our technology allows us to design feed recipes that match the nutritional requirements of different animals. Currently, the majority of our feed is formulated for our own sheep, but our pellets can easily be adjusted to suit a variety of livestock species. We are experienced manufacturers, and our team includes a veterinarian and qualified animal food nutritionist, who can formulate specialised prescription diets.
